I have been chasing good pictures of flying bumblebees for some time. It is a completly different challenge compared to photographing snails. Bumblebees are quick moving, not still for more than a second. When photographing macro I usually focus manually to make sure I get focus exactly where I want it. To get pictures where the bumbebee is sharp and the composition is good are few and far between, this means that a lot of pictures ends up in the bin. I decided to show you some that made it.
