It was a lovely evening when I took the car and drove out of town towards Bälinge. I was hoping to see some Red deer. The first deer I saw was Fallow deer, there were however inside a deer park and rather nicely posing behind the fences. This was not what I was after; I wanted to photograph them without any fences in the way. Not far from the deer park I saw 15-20 Fallow deer standing in the corner of a field, I slowed down the car but as soon as the car still the deer took off into the woods. I bit further up the road at Bälinge bogs I did manage to see both Red deer and Roe deer. A few pictures were taken of both spices and I decided to drive back home.  On the way I did see a nice Roe buck standing not too far of the road, but there were no way of stopping or parking the car so I decided to drive a bit further. I parked the car and started to walk towards the Roe buck, suddenly there they were in front of me, first one big Moose, then one more.

I tried to get closer but the old bull kept an eye on me all the time. It was just an open field between us, every time I tried to get closer, he turned his head and smelled and looked in my direction for several minutes before deciding that I might not pose such big threat to him. Eventually they decided to go further away from where I was located so I decided to go back to my car and go home.
