Today, I made a morning trip to a nearby nature reserve called Dalkarlskärret. It was a beautiful morning with sunshine but the night had been cold, so cold that there were ice on the lake, only a few small patches with open water, where the  birds thrived. I did see a lot of birds and animals like the Golden Eye, Whooper swans, Greylag Goose and Great spotted Woodpecker but I did also some Hares and Row deer.
